We cover the legalization of buildings which don’t have a building permit at all, and/or of buildings which even though they have a building license, during the construction they have expanded and have constructed spaces which were not included in the initial building license. In this case even these parts need legalization.
In all cases, the owner has to pay a fine to the Government. The fines vary according to the area that the building is located, the date that the illegal construction is being done, the area of the construction in square meters (m2) etc.
